If you change your mind after your item arrives. I try to package your item as best as I can however sometimes due to circumstances beyond my control, it may arrive broken or damaged. There are two options for this type of return.
If your item arrives broken or damaged, you must notify me within 5 days of your item being delivered that it arrived broken or damaged. I will assist you with this any way I can. I will need pictures of the following.. The damaged item as close to what it looked like when you initially opened the box and found it damaged..
Pictures of the item removed from the packing materials to show the actual damage to the item. Please be sure to include all pieces that were originally in this order even if all of them weren't damaged.
An example of this would be if it was originally a set of 4 glasses but only one was broken, I will still need the other 3 glasses to be sent back as well. Are you still with me??
