The Composition, Electrotyping, Printing and Binding were by Kingsport Press at Kingsport, Tennessee, United States of America. The Illustrations by Fritz Eichenberg wer printed letter press from electrotypes of the original wood engravings. The Text was composed in Monotype Bodoni with long descenders.
