RARE Lord of the Rings Tolkien Box Set 1978 2nd Edition 3 Hardcover Books W/Map. The case and slipcovers have some wear, but the books themselves seem unread as their covers barely open.   

VTG 90s The Lord Of The Rings Trilogy Hardcover Books Box Set & Maps JRR Tolkien. This beautiful edition is in like new condition with the exception of a tear in the outside box. The books themselves, the dust jackets, the surface condition are all excellent. The tear does not affect the stability of the box in anyway either so the volumes are still safe and tidy tucked away in their protective box. Very good vintage condition, crisp clean pages and solid spines. Very minor wear from vintage age. Set in Fournier with Omnia display. Illustrations by Ingahild Grathmer, drawn by Eric Fraser. Frontispiece and 67 black & white illustrations. 3 volumes 1,352 pages in total.
