Noriyoshi Ohrai Art Collection Myth FINAL Limited Box Set Rare New. The legendary art book "Myth" by Noriyoshi Ohrai, released 30 years ago, is being restructured (reissue) in a new A3 size format with new content. A luxurious FINAL project is finally starting, which includes a separate sketch collection featuring a total of 101 newly discovered drawings! "Myth" is a collection of works depicting beautiful women and femme fatales - goddesses from Western mythology and history, published as the cover of Tokuma Shoten's SF magazine "SF Adventure" from the June 1980 issue to the December 1987 issue.

This project is being published as the literally "FINAL version" of the "Myth" series. This limited BOX set consists of two volumes.) Born in Hyogo Prefecture in 1935. Dropped out of the oil painting department at Tokyo University of the Arts in 1957. Began working as an illustrator in 1962.
Moved to Miyazaki City, Miyazaki Prefecture in 1973. Gained attention in 1980 for the international poster illustration of George Lucas's Star Wars: Episode V - The Empire Strikes Back. Received the Seiun Award in the art category.

Awarded the Agency for Cultural Affairs Film Award for distinguished service in 2014. Passed away on October 27, 2015, at the age of 79. Received the Japan SF Award for achievement and the Seiun Award in the art category in 2016. About other area, please ask me. International Buyers - Please Note.
