This limited collection does NOT include the Monster Book of Monsters. They are in very good preowned condition with no writing, tears, or dogears. This has the set of five limited edition prints, and those prints have light wear (mainly in one corner, as highlighted in pictures). The Creature Shop book has some rubbing on the edges, as pictured. The spine of the Movie Magic has a spot, at the upper top.
