  This is in BRAND NEW condition. This box set is a first print, first edition copy. The only time the items were carefully taken out of the box was once in 2005 and recently to take the photos. The artwork is # 99/500. All the items, including the box itself are in mint condition. The CD was never played. This is as good as it gets. I take very good care of my possession.    Final Fantasy VII VIII IX Collectors Edition Strategy Guide Boxset w/ Lithograph. This book is brand new, factory shrink-wrap removed. I know these games well enough that using a guide is completely unnecessary so this book set is essentially a glorified art piece, at least it has been for me.
